Brenda Ngubeni: Principal consultant and founder of Den2Dawn (Pty) Ltd. More than 20 years experience in sales and marketing, 5 of which operating as Senior Executive manager in Pay-Tv broadcast industry. Has great expertise in sales negotiation and implementation of strategies. Was solely responsibly for implementation of on-the-ground activities in her recent job with great success borne from understanding customer needs and working closely with marketing to develop best fitting value chain for successful campaigns. Her cultural sensitivity is heightened from being part of the community and the ability to speak many South African languages. She also has full grasp of how this impacts on customer buying decisions and utilises it accordingly when devising sales and marketing campaigns. She has a B.Sc degree from Wits University coupled with a Management Diploma gained from Wits Business School. I addition project management courses attained help to finesse the art of selling and effective communication with the customer.
Adam Mthombeni: Our training department is steered and championed by Adam with experience in training both promoters and customers including store staff for more than 10 years. This is gained from having been a sales representative for more than 8 years with the integral function of training store staff on product offering as well as selling skills. He is an officially qualified trainer with the ability to convert the most coy into an avid salesman within a short space of time. Our promoter training commences with the basic concept of customer centric approach, professionalism (approach, during and concluding conversation with customers) and eventually winds up with the core selling skills required to sell both the brand and the product. Adam exploits effective training methodology from reading material, visual aids, role play right through to the last stage of assessment for correct grouping so we can categorize promoters according to client needs. He does training with absolute resolve, passion and commitment and expect nothing but same from any promoter who’s undergone his training.
Shannon Lee Gunkel: She is a guru in marketing with more than 9 years work experience. Shannon formally studied and works in a senior position in marketing responsibly for the overall marketing strategy in her organisation. She is passionate about marketing and this shines through in all her related projects because they are done with utter precision and always backed up by factual and supported research. She is the epitome of living the Brand and all projects are treated with same vigour and commitment that lead to successful execution of a value proposition well thought through. Shannon has marketing qualifications from GIBBs and is currently busy studying the design aspect of marketing in order to be able to offer a complete marketing solution to our valuable clients.
Sibongile Galane: She is responsible for overall operations in the organisation. Her expert skill lies in client relationship building and maintenance as well as execution of on-the-grount activities. Bongi has vast experience gained from having worked in this field for the past 11 years. Key Account Management is her area of expertise dealing with clients at senior executive level and making sure service delivery os of superior quality. She achieved and maintained client retention at 100% throughout her work history and has the ability to do same at customer interaction levels. Bongi is cultural sensitive with thorough knowledge of 5 of the spoken languages in South Africa. She is currently busy continuing her studies in Sales and Marketing to enhance her skills and knowledge in this arena.
